Auction winners will be contacted by Drelteo through Discord within 48 hours of the Auction ending, where further details, questions and file transfers will occur. If you'd prefer to communicate through another platform or email, please contact Drelteo beforehand. After the bidder has been contacted, they have 48 hours to respond, otherwise the character will be offered to the second highest bidder.
Please allow 48 hours for bids and availability status of characters to be updated across sites (Website, Discord, Instagram, DeviantArt, Cara). You will be alerted ASAP if your bid had already been outbid or affected elsewhere, or if a character has since become unavailable.
